ARUN KUMAR
Arun Kumar was born on 18th November, 1964 in Mumbai. He is a vocalist in pure Indian Classical Music and light music.
He won many prizes in musical competitions of Indian Cultural League. he even won the 2nd prize at the 19th All India Music Competition. arun Kumar is also the recipient of Bhulabhai Desai Memorial Scholarship and Sajan milap scholarship for classical music. He won inter-school and inter-college classical music competitions. Thus he was bestowed with many prizes.
He has also given many public performances. He sings bhajans, ghazals, thumris, tappa and geet.
Arun Kumar passed Sangeet Visharad in first class and Sangeet Alankar(Masters Degree in Music) at All India Level. Now he is appearing for Sangeet Pravin (Doctorate of Music) exams.
